• Business Development Team

    The Business Development (BD) Team is responsible for both the external branding of DIIG and the internal synergy within the organization. In addition to managing client-outreach and planning the annual DIIG Spring Case Competition, the division focuses on online engagement strategies including social media and research blog posts to promote DIIG’s services. Beyond external-facing functions, BD is also responsible for organizational events, such as General Body Meetings (GBMs) and professional initiatives.

    Co-Director of Business Development

    Rachel is a sophomore from Kohler, Wisconsin studying Public Policy and Economics. She is passionate about social impact, economic development, and women’s empowerment. Outside of working with DIIG’s External Engagement team, Rachel enjoys driving change on campus through female-oriented initiatives such as Business Oriented Women and the Penny Pilgrim George Women’s Leadership Initiative Cohort. In her free time, she enjoys backpacking, playing tennis and walking her dogs.

    Han Zhang

    Co-Director of Business Development

    Han is a sophomore from Singapore studying Economics and Computer Science. Through his experiences as a DIIG Consulting Project Manager and previous roles in start-ups and the government sector, he is passionate about social impact, new technological innovations and businesses. Outside of DIIG, Han enjoys trying new food, playing basketball and watching competitive DOTA 2.

    Analysts
