• External Engagement Team

    The External Engagement Team manages the front-facing presence of Duke Impact Investing Group (DIIG). The division's main responsibilities include executing all lead prospecting, sourcing, cold outreach, and pitching of DIIG. The team oversees DIIG's relationships with small startups, Fortune 100 Companies, major press outlets, and everyone in between. DIIG's annual Spring Case Competition is also coordinated and put on by the External Engagement team.

    Director of External Engagement

    Rachel is a sophomore from Kohler, Wisconsin studying Public Policy and Economics. She is passionate about social impact, economic development, and women’s empowerment. Outside of working with DIIG’s External Engagement team, Rachel enjoys driving change on campus through female-oriented initiatives such as Business Oriented Women and the Penny Pilgrim George Women’s Leadership Initiative Cohort. In her free time, she enjoys backpacking, playing tennis and walking her dogs.
